**I acknowledge that Golden State Lifeguards has a 3 hour minimum for all services rendered.

**I acknowledge that Golden State Lifeguards only accepts credit card, company/personal check or Zelle as form of payment for services rendered. Golden State Lifeguards does not accept Venmo or PayPal. All credit card payments, if used, will incur a 3.5% convenience fee. (If clients wish to pay with cash, arrangements must be made with office and cash must be presented at beginning of event.

**All bookings must be paid in full prior to date of event. No Exceptions! If payment has not been received prior to event, lifeguard(s) have been instructed not to step on deck.

**All cancelations and postponements must be submitted by email to bookings@goldenstatelifeguards.com. Text messages will not be accepted.
